1 General Provisions

1.1 These Terms govern the relationship between okbjc and all registered users of the platform. They apply to all products and services offered through the okbjc website, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and all promotional offers.

1.2 okbjc reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the okbjc platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the okbjc Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Platform and its users.

1.4 okbjc operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

1.5 The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in all cases. Any translations provided are for convenience only and shall not be legally binding.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The okbjc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. okbjc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are responsible for confirming that accessing and using the okbjc platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. okbjc makes no representation that the services offered are available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your okbjc account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okbjc platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

2.5 KYC Verification. okbjc is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. You must submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by the compliance team. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may be suspended until documentation is provided.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbjc account credentials, including your username and password. okbjc will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login details secure.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the okbjc support team immediately via the contact details provided at the end of these Terms.

3.3 Account Currency. All okbjc accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made via non-PHP payment instruments will be converted at the prevailing rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. okbjc does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. okbjc reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule communicated at the time of classification. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your okbjc account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okbjc accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the okbjc platform is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.

4.3 Deposit Verification. okbjc reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction before crediting funds to your account. This may include confirmation of payment reference numbers or supporting bank documentation.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the account holder's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. okbjc aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe applicable to the player's VIP tier. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a transaction is flagged for compliance review.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. okbjc is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Platform reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal that gives rise to reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. In such cases, okbjc may be required to report the transaction to the relevant regulatory authority without notifying the account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by okbjc are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your okbjc account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry window are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. okbjc monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, okbjc reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an okbjc account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

5.6 Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the applicable expiry window will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

6 Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the okbjc platform is governed by its own set of rules provided within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.

6.2 RNG Certification. All okbjc casino games that utilise a random number generator are certified by independent testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each certified game is available within the game information panel.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure that results in an interrupted game round, okbjc reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.

6.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on the okbjc platform are subject to the Sportsbook Rules, which are available separately within the sportsbook section. These rules cover event settlement, void bet conditions, live betting policies, and market-specific rules for sports including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other featured competitions.

6.5 Maximum Win Limits. okbjc applies maximum win limits per game session, per day, and per promotional period. These limits are stated within individual game information panels and the applicable promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding applicable maximum limits will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbjc platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds without prior notice:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, or impersonating another person.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the okbjc platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer and poker environments.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any wins generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to okbjc immediately.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit strategies that violate the spirit of the promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing okbjc staff or other platform users.
• Circumventing any technical or security measure implemented by okbjc.

8 Data & Privacy

8.1 okbjc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.2 okbjc may share personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and third-party service providers where required by law or necessary to operate the platform. Data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

8.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by okbjc, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to the okbjc support team.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 okbjc is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Age Restriction. Access to the okbjc platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21. okbjc takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including mandatory age verification during the KYC process.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the okbjc platform may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, no new deposits or bets will be accepted from the excluded account.

9.4 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their okbjc account at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the okbjc platform, including but not limited to software, design elements, game assets, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of okbjc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the okbjc platform without prior written authorisation from okbjc.

10.3 Your use of the okbjc platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any intellectual property contained within the platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The okbjc platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbjc makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its services.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbjc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11.3 okbjc's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 okbjc shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 okbjc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that poses a risk to the Platform or other players.

12.2 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full.

12.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing procedures.

12.4 okbjc may withdraw, modify, or suspend any game, feature, or service offered on the platform at any time without liability to players, provided that any bets already placed and accepted prior to such withdrawal are settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

13 Amendments

13.1 okbjc reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Where amendments are material, registered players will be notified by email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the okbjc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the applicable regulations of the relevant Philippine gaming authority under which okbjc holds its operating authorisation.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and okbjc, you are encouraged to contact the okbjc support team in the first instance to seek resolution. The Platform aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
